Change of Mind

We are only able to offer change of mind returns within Australia only.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All return shipping costs will need to be paid by the customer for Change of Mind requests. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or

Any refund requests more than 14 days after delivery.

Personalised Items
We are unable to refund or exchange personalised items. As each personalised item is customised with the name of your choice we cannot provide a refund or exchange if you change your mind or are unhappy with the appearance of the product.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct spelling is provided to us, as we cannot offer a refund or exchange if an error is made to personalised items.

All personalised products are inspected prior to posting to ensure there are no defects. We do not accept responsibility for any future wear and tear of these products.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or a request is made within 14 days of delivery (for change of mind). All items have a 6 monthly warranty and refunds for defective items will only be issued during this 6 month period. Please send a photo of the defective item to We will then assess your request for an exchange and email you an approval or rejection for your exchange request. We will also advise you if we require the defective item to be returned to us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for change of mind requests. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you choose to exchange a product, the cost of return shipping will be added to your exchange order.

If your product is damaged or defective and we have requested the product be returned to us then the shipping cost will be refunded to you once the product has been returned to us.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
